Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of SchoolMachine and Minnehaha Hub, independent iPhone apps that bring your kids' school apps into one feed for your family. By using them you agree to these terms.
Your accounts
- SchoolMachine is for parents and guardians who are 18 or older. Kids don't have accounts.
- Connect only school app accounts that are yours, or that you're allowed to use as a parent or guardian. Your logins stay in your iPhone's Keychain.
- You're responsible for the guardians you invite to your family; they share your family's kids and schools.
- Keep your Apple ID, email and sign-in methods secure. You can remove a school app, erase the app's data or delete your account at any time.
What SchoolMachine does and doesn't do
SchoolMachine reads information from the school apps you connect, on your iPhone, and shows it to you. It isn't run by your school or by those apps' makers, and they can change or stop how their apps work at any time. SchoolMachine tries to be accurate and up to date, but it can miss, delay or misread something. Always check with the school app or the school before relying on anything important, such as a grade, a deadline or an absence.
Acceptable use
Don't use SchoolMachine to access accounts that aren't yours, to disrupt the school apps it connects to, or to break the law.
The service
SchoolMachine is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SchoolMachine isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Features may change, and SchoolMachine may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
