Common questions
Is my school covered? Twin Cities public districts and private schools so far. In the app, search for your district or school when you add a kid.
Where do my school logins go? They're kept in your iPhone's Keychain and used only to sign in to your school's apps from your phone. They're never sent to us or stored on a server. See the privacy policy.
A school app says my login didn't work. Check it on the school's own site, then open Settings → Apps & Calendars and connect it again. Accounts that need a security code or a Google or Microsoft sign-in can't be connected yet.
How do I share with the other parent? Create an account, then Settings → Invite the other parent. Each of you connects your own school logins on your own phone.
How do I delete my account? In the app, Settings → Delete account. Settings → Erase all data on this iPhone removes your school logins and everything read from them.
Is there a web version? No. SchoolMachine is an iPhone app, so your school logins never leave your phone.
Can I try it first? Yes: on the first screen, tap Try the demo family first.
